Women Agents Of Change is a global, online learning community and a social enterprise dedicated to women’s change agent skills and wellbeing as impactful leaders.
Our mission is to empower women in creating greater impact with much more ease.
Our aspiration is to reach 100,000+ women by 2024, through networks of generosity, knowledge and action around the world.
Online Practicals and Events
We call our online learning offerings ‘practicals’ because we know that transformation only occurs when you are given the time to test new knowledge or mindsets in your day-to-day through practice.
We are determined to help you reduce the knowing-doing gap, so that you can truly change yourself or your context. In our online time together, you will learn new ways of bringing about change and examine limiting mindsets that may get in your way, with other women from around the globe. All of our practicals have a pay what you choose option as part of our design for generosity operating principle.
Open Source Resources
Our online practicals and events, and our community are powerful resources for your change intentions, but we are also committed to democratizing access to a range of knowledge and tools that you can access as you need them.
Starting in June 2022 - Explore our WAOC Resource Library where we share links to handouts, articles, stories, tips and methods for making your change intentions come to life. Connected Community Support
The WAOC Community of alumnae and friends is a way to connect with other women from around the globe who are committed to their own individual growth and the collective leadership success of women and girls.
You will meet other WAOC community members through our online ‘practicals’ or more informally through our dedicated WhatsApp group, where you can ask questions, get feedback on ideas or projects, or simply enjoying feeling the support of other creative women interested in bringing about change.
