ACTION LEARNING FOR CHANGE AGENTS
(a partner program led by Emily Cowin)
If you are an Entrepreneur, Intrapreneur, or Leader - Open to all
8 WEEK LIVESTREAM PROGRAM | STARTS APRIL 19, 2022. TIME: 10:00 am US PACIFIC
Action Learning Circle for Change Agents: An 8-week program for leaders, entrepreneurs, intrapreneurs and change agents. This program is suitable for ANYONE trying to create or navigate change - big or small, internal or external.
If you are struggling to get started or create clarity and momentum for an intention you hold, this program will introduce you to reflection and listening practices and provide a safe space for you to invite the perspective of others to help you design and execute wise experiments.
The circle and the practices we will use help you to slow down in order to speed up, creating specific solutions for the specific challenges you face. It will also introduce you to a supportive group who will challenge your assumptions with curiosity and help you uncover patterns and archetypes operating in your system. The circle will witness and reflect back to you the power you have as a change agent, creating accountability and action confidence that it can be hard to unearth alone.
Intrigued? Join our waiting list for the spring session starting April 19 and be the first to learn more and be invited to register.
2022 “PRACTICALS” (OUR PROGRAMS)
CHANGE STARTS WITH YOU
Our Foundational Practical - For Women Only
WEEKLY LIVESTREAM | DATES - TO BE DETERMINED | JOIN NEWSLETTER FOR UPDATES
We are always the starting point of any change. Our interior stories and limiting beliefs determines the level of success of our change initiative.
What old characteristics are you hanging onto that don’t have to be true anymore?
Yes, you can set a change intention for yourself and achieve it with greater ease. And have it stick. In CSWY, you learn about failure proof ways to leverage the power of self-image and mindsets as you grow your emotional resilience. This in turn reshapes the choices you have for new actions, choices and impact.
The secret formula you will have access to: effective self-awareness + greater confidence for everyday impact + know how to make clearer decisions in high stakes moments + implement changes that stick with much greater ease + discover the catalysts that let you have the life and leadership you actually want
HEALTHY TEAMING
If you are Leading or Part of a Team - Open to all
WEEKLY LIVESTREAM | DATES - TO BE DETERMINED | JOIN NEWSLETTER FOR UPDATES
We too often think of team leadership and team membership in antiquated ways having all to do with power over, hierarchy, ego, and command and control.
The art of ‘teaming in today’s complex, virtual, interdependent organizations has everything to do with being aware of a team as a system of human interdependence, as much as with the level of trust, the capacity to surface differences of opinion, and the power of stretch goals to motivate both group and individual efforts. This program introduces you to the usefulness of systems thinking in a team environment, the power of listening and curiosity, as well as to the work of Patrick Lencioni and Amy Edmondson - all to help you become a better team member and/or team leader who is able to inspire the outstanding collective results in a healthy way.
SYSTEMIC CHANGE
You Want to Change Whole Systems - Open to all
WEEKLY LIVESTREAM | DATES - TO BE DETERMINED | JOIN NEWSLETTER FOR UPDATES
Everything and everyone is part of ecosystems of interdependence. Complexity is the secret code of the world. But you don’t have to experience it as chaos. Seeing and learning how to map system dynamics and their patterns is a first powerful step for any change agent.
The word “system” can too often bring to mind mechanical or computer systems. By system, we are referring to social systems, family systems, power and influence systems. We each belong to multiple systems in visible and invisible ways. The success of any change initiative will be constrained by how much or how little you are able to first see and assess the systems that surrounds the change and then intervene in ways that help reshape and evolve those systems. We must not simply address symptoms of systemic inadequacies, but look at the structures, habits of thought and identity dynamics that can energize or constrain our fullest potential.
“Hope is not the conviction that something will turn out well, but the certainty that something is worth doing regardless of how it turns out. “
