Leadership Circle Profile Assessment

The Leadership Circle Profile is a 360-degree assessment tool that measures a leader's effectiveness in different areas, including their ability to create a vision, build relationships, and drive results. It provides insights into a leader's strengths, areas for development, and the impact of their leadership style on their organization. The results are presented in a graphical format and help leaders to identify patterns in their behavior and develop an action plan for improvement.

Free Self-Assessment

While the 360-degree assessment is highly recommended for senior leaders and their teams when they are ready to transform their organization, a simpler first step anyone can make is to undertake the free Leadership Circle Profile self-assessment (as long as they have access to a certified LCP debrief partner).
